Ham Street challenge

Guided walking Scafell Pike
Well this is a challenge with a difference! Let's hike up the mighty Ben Nevis, cycle to Loch Lomond, swim across its chilly waters before continuing the cycle to Carlisle. Quick rest before more cycle, this time to Wasdale and the hike over Scafell Pike and down to Langdale!

If that's not enough, why not carry on with a morning swim across Windermere followed by a cycle to North Wales and a hike up Snowdon.
Bit more rest before much cycling back down south.

Absolute respect to you all, a sterling effort by all with massive determination shown by all.

Me, Kate, and Don are clearly the lightweights on this one, all we had to do was hike over Scafell Pike from Wasdale to Langdale.

During the walk we enjoyed mixed conditions, with some early sun, then cloud and think mist. Thankfully the rain held off until we were on the descent into Langdale. Yes this did get us soaked, but by that time who cares, it's the home straight and there's a pub in view.

Huge thanks to you all and in particular Andy and Al, and of course Kate for her expert guiding.

Mark
